General Event Planning

Our event planning services begin at $500, with final pricing trailored to reflect the scale of your event, decor selections, balloon installations, and any custom design elements.

Wedding Planning Packages

  • Initial Consultation $100 / Booking Nonrefundable Deposit (50%)

    Includes the following -

    • 2 Consultations prior to event

    • 1-2 Planners /Coordinators assigned for 8-9 hours on the day of your event

    • Vendor Coordination

    • Custom Decor Guidance & Planning Support

    • Includes- Rehearsal Coordination (Day Before) & Wedding Day Management

    • Day After Vendor Pickups (Cleanup not included)

    • Includes -

      -Day 1, Planners on site for set up prep & rehearsal.

      -Day 2, Ceremony day on site for 8-9 hours, no later than 8pm

      -Day 3, planner will return for decor items and to ensure vendors pick up accordingly.

    (NOTE: Clean-up is not included, for the venues sake if you need to add clean up services it is an additional $1,000)

  • Initial Consultation $100 / Booking Nonrefundable Deposit (50%)

    Includes the following -

    • Planning up to 6-12 months in advance

    • Budget Management

    • Coordinating and handling vendors

    • Custom table decor pieces from our inventory (upon availability)

    • Decor guidance and planning support

    • Minimum 2 Planners /Coordinators assigned for a total of 3 days for your event.

    • Includes -

      -Day 1, Planners on site for set up prep & rehearsal.

      -Day 2, Day 2, Ceremony day on site for 8-9 hours, no later than 8pm

      -Day 3, planner will return for decor items and to ensure vendors pick up accordingly.

      (NOTE: Clean-up is not included, for the venues sake if you need to add clean up services it is an additional $1,000)
