Do we deliver, set up, & pick up all event rentals?
We deliver all our rentals with safety in mind! We value your business! Rental equipment will be personally delivered and set up by one of the representatives from the company. Our staff will unload, set up, and load each rental item. This is for the safety of the participants and to ensure the quality of items. Our employees undergo a rigorous background check. You can feel safe working with us!
Do we offer free delivery?
We deliver free of charge for deliveries between Trinidad and Eureka, this is excluding deliveries that require a trailer. Unfortunately, there is a small transportation fee for delivery exceeding these locations.
Are the rentals cleaned and sanitized?
Our rentals are kid-safe. We clean our rentals to high standards in between each booking. All rentals are thoroughly disinfected twice before we arrive at your event. The equipment is hand-cleaned with disinfectant and cleaning equipment. For the safety of your family and our staff, we practice social distancing during setup and pickups. Safety is our #1 concern!
Can you complete a reservation last minute?
We know you have a lot going on when planning and hosting an event. That is why we go out of our way to accommodate special needs regarding booking and delivery times. Just inquire today about availability for your upcoming event!
All the information needed to book a reservation is on our easy-to-navigate website. Where you can find inventory and pricing. You will also find added facts such as the details and sizes of each rental item.
Is there a deposit required? / When is payment due?
A 50% deposit is required to complete the reservation. Your reservation is not completed until after we receive your deposit. Your deposit will be refunded if you give at least 72 hours ‘ notice of cancellation. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining payment is due in full upon delivery before setup. Once payment is received, we will begin the setup.
